Job Overview:

 

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Simbyone. Your focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients, presenting our solutions, and closing deals with a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, demonstrating how Simbyone’s web solutions can solve client challenges and drive business results.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and leverage resources for lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with account management and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest product developments to better position Simbyone in the market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the SaaS, web development, or technology solutions sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to adapt approaches based on client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate the value of complex solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your time efficiently to meet targets.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology sales, particularly in the web development, automation, or IT services industries.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
  • Experience with lead generation through digital channels or partnerships.
