Customer Success Manager

Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring they achieve the maximum value from our solutions. As a remote CSM, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer experience, building strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard new clients and assist them in effectively implementing Simbyone solutions, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement, resolve issues, and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure client needs are met and feedback is incorporated into product development.
  • Track and report on key success metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Provide training and support, assisting clients in optimizing their use of Simbyone solutions and driving long-term value.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products that benefit the client.
  • Advocate for the customer’s voice, ensuring feedback is shared internally to continuously improve the product and service offerings.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS or tech-based environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and finding creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and customer success tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage customer requests and deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and satisfaction in a remote environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building meaningful relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the web development, automation, or IT services industry.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track customer success metrics.
